This text informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, retention, and sharing of your personal and location data when you use our Service, and the choices you have associated with that data. Individuals and legal entities who visit our Website and use the COREDINAT application/systems are deemed to have acknowledged the following notice. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and retention of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the COREDINAT Terms of Use.
Information Collection and Use
We collect different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Types of Data Collected: Personal Data and Location Data
Purpose of Processing Personal Data and Personal Information Processed
Your personal data may be processed by our Company for purposes defined and limited by law, including promoting and marketing any products and/or services that may be offered by our Company; recording identity, address, and other necessary information to identify the business owner who contacts our Company; preparing all records and documents that will form the basis of processing in electronic or paper form; complying with information storage, reporting, and notification obligations required by official authorities; providing requested/other products/services; establishing a legal/commercial relationship with the customer specific to products/services and directly and/or indirectly performing the contract(s) we mutually execute; identifying product groups addressed to the customer; conducting/developing work according to the needs of the customer and Finance Companies; and providing services within the scope of the operating license.
For the purposes stated above, the following data of persons who contact our Company may be processed:

Information relating to the methods used to access us (IP, mobile phone brand and model, browser type and version, on-screen movements, social media information, etc.),
Any information and documents obtained as a result of voice and video calls or transactions carried out under contracts signed between our Company and you as our customer, that make the customer’s identity identified or identifiable,
Location Data
Location data is collected and processed while you use the application and while it is closed. COREDINAT asks users for permission to use location data. For a sales representative who allows the use of location data, COREDINAT may check the user’s location even when the application is closed in order to direct the representative to the nearest visit points. COREDINAT may also use location information to notify the sales representative of proximity to the visit location on the scheduled visit date and to provide map-based navigation. COREDINAT collects and processes location data even when the application is closed in order to report to the manager and verify whether the sales representative completed the planned visit. If the user does not want location data to be used, the user may stop location sharing on their phone. Location sharing is a feature required for COREDINAT to perform its core functionality. Location data cannot be used by any third-party organization for advertising purposes. The security of location data is provided by COREDINAT.
Cookies and Usage Data
This is considered personal data and is recorded. We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you use our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, location data, and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Tracking and Cookie Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Data Retention Policy
COREDINAT stores and retains user data in order to provide the Service, verify visits, and comply with legal obligations. Our data retention method is as follows: Personal data and location data are stored electronically on our servers and Service infrastructure with access controls applied. Backup copies are kept for a limited period for disaster recovery purposes. We do not retain user data indefinitely.
Account, identity, and contact data are retained for as long as the user or organization account remains active. After the account is closed or a deletion request is fulfilled, the data is deleted, destroyed, or rendered unidentifiable within 30 days. Data subject to legal retention obligations, such as commercial books, invoices, and contract records, may be retained for the period required by applicable law (as a rule, up to 10 years for commercial records).
Location data is retained for visit planning, navigation, and reporting to and verification by the manager of whether a field visit took place, for as long as the relevant user account is active and for a maximum of 24 months after the account is closed. When this period expires, location records are deleted or anonymized. Location data is not retained for advertising purposes.
Usage data, device information, IP addresses, and log records are retained for a maximum of 12 months for security, debugging, and operation of the Service. Residual copies of deleted data in backups are cyclically purged within a maximum of 90 days.
The data subject may request deletion or destruction of their data via [email protected]. After identity verification of the request, data that we are not legally required to retain is deleted within the periods stated above. Data that must be kept due to a legal obligation is retained until that obligation ends; in that case, we will inform you.
Data Transfer
Your information, including Personal and Location Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your city or country where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Türkiye and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer Personal and Location Data, including that data, to Türkiye and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. COREDINAT will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

COREDINAT uses collected data for various purposes: To provide and maintain the Service. To notify you about changes related to the maintenance of the Service and the Service itself. To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so. To provide customer care and support. Personal data may be obtained through our Website, or during the performance of activities based on a legal or commercial relationship between various third-party individuals and legal entities that use software produced by our Company and that have a contractual relationship with our Company, and the data subject; directly or indirectly from the personal data subject, or from real or legal third parties from whom the personal data subject receives or provides services, from affiliates, or from shareholders. Location Data is collected through the application and services installed on mobile devices.
